“The steel palm house we designed with Tanglewood was

one of the most extraordinary features of the home.”

Architects love using steel for conservatories, greenhouses and skylights because its strength gives them the design freedom they need to breathe life into their clients vision.

Since the industrial revolution, steel has been used to create extraordinary spaces and the great conservatories of the nineteenth century were some of its most exuberant expressions.

If you’ve been following our most recent project, you’ve seen our clients vision for a great steel and glass palm house come to life. From the arched ornamental details to the beautifully crafted windows, steel allowed us to create a completely custom design.

“For many years I lived in Europe so it did not take long for me to

envision the style the owner was looking for.”

Our installation team is finishing the last details of the greenhouse so our clients can enjoy this beautiful room before summer!
