Mahogany Board InteriorTanglewood Conservatories’ Edwardian, Victorian and Georgian structures are popular in the Garden State. Company President, Alan talks about how some weather elements even become extra attractions.

“I’ve had clients tell me how their teenage children run to the conservatory in thunderstorms,” he says. “They love the big show of lightning streaking across the sky and the rain cascading off the glass roof and walls. Snowfall is another big attraction when you own a conservatory.”

Alan adds that a conservatory is an all-purpose room. “I know of conservatories that are used for afternoon tea, homework, luncheons, cocktail and dinner parties, dancing, gardening, and even sleeping,” he notes.
