The conservatory was to fit within a predefined footprint to replace the old patio against the house. One of the challenges of working within such tight conditions was designing the conservatory in a way that would fit seamlessly on the home and account for the adjoining roof. The long, narrow footprint allowed us to mimic the lines of the existing house and by adding additional height in the conservatory, we were able to avoid disrupting the existing roof. Not only functional to help with water and debris drainage, this design created a beautiful accent wall on the interior adding more character to the conservatory.

Overlooking the water, the panoramic views of the outdoors become a canvas for the ever-changing natural spectacle, captivating onlookers with each dawn and dusk. From the beautiful mahogany detailing and copper accents to the addition of custom shades, every detail of this conservatory came together to create the perfect sanctuary.
